Job summary
Blue Cross NC is seeking a senior business systems analyst to lead end-to-end requirements elaboration and functional design for enterprise-wide programs, spanning multiple business units. You will work with business clients and technology partners to translate needs into technical solutions, guide session facilitation, and ensure quality, cost effectiveness, and timely delivery.
Hybrid or remote options and strong compensation are provided.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required).
- 8+ years of experience in related field.
- 10+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
- Trizetto Facets enrollment, billing and/or claims experience required.
- Strong knowledge of payer systems and enrollment functions.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate design, construction, deployment and maintenance of complex technical solutions.
- Translate enterprise business requirements into functional designs.
- Prioritize requirements through negotiation and release planning.
- Create functional designs with end-to-end traceability.
- Review documents to ensure quality of the product.
- Coordinate team efforts across projects and programs.
- Mentor less experienced staff to grow the practice.
