You will lead design and analysis activities across multiple portfolios, ensuring end-to-end traceability and alignment with enterprise architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in related field.
• Trizetto Facets enrollment, billing and/or claims required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and influence the design, construction, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of complex technical solutions with design documents, gap analysis, and data mapping management.
• Elaborate business requirements and data elements into functional designs aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Conduct systems analysis to validate designs and create functional designs that meet standards.
• Prioritize requirements through negotiation and release management, ensuring traceability across artifacts.
• Coordinate impact assessments across technical and non-technical audiences to ensure a holistic view of requirements.
