Qualifications

• Strong knowledge with payer systems and enrollment functions, processing and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end requirements elaboration and functional design for complex health IT solutions.
• Document, prioritize requirements, and manage scope across multiple business units.
• Translate business needs into technical designs and validate with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-domain teams and ensure end-to-end traceability from requirements to implementation.
• Mentor junior staff and guide the maturation of the practice.
