Job summary

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina is seeking a senior systems analyst to guide end-to-end requirements and functional design for enterprise-wide needs. You’ll translate business requirements into technical solutions with a focus on quality, cost effectiveness, and regulatory alignment.

You will lead sessions, validate designs, manage scope across multi-project portfolios, and mentor junior staff. Hybrid-Flex role; remote options allowed with visits to the Durham headquarters as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree; 8+ years of experience in the related field (or 10+ years in lieu of a degree).
• Experience with Trizetto Facets enrollment, billing and/or claims.
• Strong knowledge with payer systems and enrollment functions, processing and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end requirements elaboration and functional design for enterprise-scale solutions.
• Coordinate design, construction, deployment and maintenance of complex technical solutions.
• Prioritize requirements, maintain end-to-end traceability and manage scope.
• Serve as trusted advisor for systems analysis and process design services.
• Review documents to ensure high quality of the product and align with architecture.
