Job summary

Blue Cross NC is seeking an experienced business systems analyst to lead requirements elaboration and functional design across enterprise-wide initiatives. You will translate complex business needs into technical solutions, partner with business clients and technology teams, and ensure design quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
• 8+ years of experience in related field
• In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field
• Trizetto Facets enrollment , billing and /or claims required
• Strong knowledge with payer systems and enrollment functions, processing and automation

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and influence the design, construction, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of specific complex technical solutions through design documents and risk assessment.
• Elaborate business requirements into functional designs and ensure end-to-end traceability.
• Conduct systems analysis to validate designs and create functional designs aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Prioritize requirements through negotiation and release management techniques.
• Document functional designs and assess enterprise-wide impacts of changes.
• Mentor less experienced staff to mature the practice.
• Review documents to ensure end-to-end quality of the product.
• Support program and portfolio management goals across multiple releases.
