Job summary

Blue Cross NC is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive end-to-end requirements elaboration and functional design across a complex, enterprise-wide health care delivery landscape.

You'll translate business needs into actionable specifications, collaborate with business clients and technology partners, and ensure quality, cost effectiveness, and timely delivery of enterprise solutions in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in related field.
• In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field.
• Trizetto Facets enrollment, billing and/or claims required.
• Strong knowledge with payer systems and enrollment functions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and influence the design, construction, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of complex technical solutions through design documents and risk assessment.
• Elaborate business requirements into functional designs and ensure end-to-end traceability.
• Coordinate work of teams to develop enterprise solutions and manage scope and timelines.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for systems analysis and process design services.
