Qualifications

• Strong knowledge with payer systems and enrollment functions, processing and automation.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and influence the design, construction, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of complex technical solutions through design documents and analysis.
• Elaborate business requirements into functional designs aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Conduct systems analysis to validate designs and ensure end-to-end quality.
• Prioritize requirements and manage scope with ROI and timelines.
• Coordinate teams to define enterprise solutions and mentor junior staff.
