Blue Cross NC is seeking a senior systems analyst to drive end-to-end requirements elaboration and functional design for enterprise-wide health care solutions. You will collaborate with business clients and technology partners to translate needs into technical designs and ensure timely, compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in related field; 10+ years in lieu of degree.
• Trizetto Facets enrollment and/or billing/claims experience.
• Strong knowledge of payer systems and enrollment processing and automation.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate design and deployment of complex technical solutions and manage scope.
• Elaborate business requirements into functional designs with traceability.
• Perform systems analysis and validate designs against standards.
• Lead prioritization of requirements and manage multiple projects.
• Provide consultancy to business partners on technology alternatives.
• Review documents to ensure end-to-end product quality.
