Job summary

Blue Cross NC is seeking a senior business analyst who will drive end-to-end requirements elaboration and functional design for enterprise-wide initiatives. You will translate business needs into technical solutions, work with business clients and technology partners, and ensure design quality, scope management, and traceability across multi-project portfolios.

Responsibilities include facilitating design, documenting functional designs, and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree is preferred; in lieu, 10+ years of related experience.
• 8+ years of experience in a related field are expected.
• Trizetto Facets enrollment, billing and/or claims knowledge is required.
• Strong knowledge with payer systems and enrollment functions, processing and automation.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate design, construction, deployment and maintenance of complex solutions.
• Translate enterprise business requirements into functional designs.
• Conduct systems analysis to validate designs and ensure end-to-end traceability.
• Prioritize requirements and manage scope across multiple projects.
• Lead and mentor staff to mature the practice.
• Coordinate teams to define and develop enterprise solutions.
