Job summary

Blue Cross NC is seeking an experienced business systems analyst to lead end-to-end requirements elaboration and functional design for enterprise-wide technology solutions. You will translate complex business needs into actionable designs, collaborate with business clients and technology partners, and ensure traceability through development and deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree; 8+ years of experience in related field.
• Trizetto Facets enrollment, billing and/or claims required.
• Strong knowledge with payer systems and enrollment functions, processing and automation.
• EDI 834 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and influence the design, construction, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of complex technical solutions through design documents and risk assessment.
• Elaborate business requirements into functional designs for enterprise systems.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability and manage enterprise-wide impacts of changes and enhancements.
• Provide consultancy to business partners on technology applicability to address requirements.
