Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant Account Management experience.
• Experience managing, retaining, and growing a book of business.
• Consistent over-performance on key sales or customer success metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Restaurant and/or F&B Technology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of 50 Strategic Food & Beverage Sellers.
• Grow account-based revenue through opportunities and onboarding experiences.
• Serve as the voice of the up-market seller with Product Teams.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with stakeholders.
