CrowdStrike Intelligence is seeking a motivated security researcher with strong reverse engineering, exploit analysis, and threat intelligence skills. The role emphasizes analyzing in-the-wild exploits, reverse engineering, and developing automation tools for large-scale hunting.

The position is remote with potential travel, requiring excellent technical writing and collaboration with cross-functional teams in intelligence and engineering.

Formación

• Proficiency in exploitation techniques used in userspace and kernel exploits.
• Knowledge of common network service exploitation techniques.
• Solid understanding of Windows and other OS platforms.
• Excellent writing skills and ability to briefing audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Implement tracking systems based on observed exploitation behavior to inform adversary tracking.
• Improve and maintain capabilities for detecting exploits and malicious payloads.
• Identify opportunities to increase visibility of threats using new data sources.
• Maintain understanding of exploits through reverse engineering.
• Develop tools to automate exploit analysis tasks within analysis frameworks.
• Create a classification framework for attribution of intrusion activity.
• Contribute to active mitigation efforts with technical expertise.
• Develop host-based and network-based signatures for large-scale hunting and prevention.
