CrowdStrike Intelligence is seeking a highly skilled security researcher to analyze in-the-wild exploits and document exploitation techniques observed in the wild, collaborating with the Intelligence team to track adversaries.

The role emphasizes reverse engineering, writing high-quality threat intelligence reports, and developing automation to scale vulnerability research using AI-assisted tools, with remote work and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in exploitation techniques commonly seen in userspace and kernel vulnerabilities.
• Knowledge of common network service exploitation techniques.
• Solid understanding of at least two OS platforms, including Windows.
• Familiarity with standard web-based exploitation vectors.
• Collaborative mindset and strong teamwork abilities.
• Deep knowledge of reverse engineering tools and processes.
• Programming and scripting skills, especially Python.
• Ability to leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate vulnerability research.
• Experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making and workflows.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly in writing and speech.
• Excellent writing skills are mandatory.

Responsibilities
