Job summary

You will lead experience design activities, mentor teams, and align stakeholders while promoting accessible, user-centered design across complex transformations.

You'll collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, integrate design thinking into delivery, and help scale the Experience Design capability within the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of customer-facing design leadership.
• Experience leading Experience Design workstreams in enterprise projects.
• Knowledge of design systems and Salesforce Lightning Design System.
