Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Experience Architect to lead end-to-end experience design for Public Sector engagements within Salesforce Professional Services. You will partner with clients and internal teams to shape strategy, research needs, and deliver inclusive, accessible experiences across complex transformations.

Responsibilities include advisory on change management, managing design tracks, and promoting human-centered design within project teams, while ensuring quality and alignment

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience leading Experience Design/UX workstreams in complex engagements.
• Experience with public sector clients (federal, state/local).
• Ability to apply AI tools in services delivery and to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor on change management and design strategy.
• Lead discovery, research and design strategy for transformation initiatives.
• Oversee design execution from user research to prototyping and validation.
• Coordinate with program management to integrate design into delivery.
• Mentor junior designers and promote best practices in design thinking.
