Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Architect to lead enterprise client engagements, delivering prioritized cloud solutions and ROI. You will partner with Product, CS, and technical teams to co-create architecture, guide delivery, and ensure value realization across multiple workstreams.

We value strong communication, hands-on Salesforce experience (Service Cloud, OmniStudio, GovCloud), and the ability to navigate federal procurement and Public Trust requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise-level project experience using waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Extensive Salesforce configuration and customization experience.
• Ability to define system architecture and close gaps to achieve business outcomes.
• Experience leading discovery sessions, gathering requirements, and writing user stories.
• Ability to design business processes and system designs using UML and flow diagrams.
• Hands-on experience with Service Cloud, OmniStudio, and Public Sector (GovCloud).
• Strong presentation and communication skills across audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• U.S. citizen and able to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the client.
• Lead internal initiatives to grow the consulting practice; contribute to knowledge base and expertise.
• Guide customers in rationalizing and deploying new technologies that drive increased business value.
• Communicate clearly across levels, instructing sophisticated concepts and prescriptive thinking.
• Identify and proactively lead risk areas and drive to complete resolution.
• Negotiate solutions with customers and third-party partners.
• Review and correct project direction, approach, and artifacts to keep programs on track.
• Drive a program vision and articulate program strategies to enable Salesforce platform.
