- Public Sector consulting experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as trusted advisor to customers on change management.
- Perform research to identify customer needs and opportunities.
- Lead design activities and produce flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Ensure designs align with platform guidelines and accessibility.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Integrate human-centered design methodologies into program delivery.
- Coach and develop other practitioners to raise design quality.
