Responsibilities

• Develop position specifications and a search strategy in tandem with the Consultant.
• Conduct industry and client company research to map the executive talent landscape.
• Assist Consultants in preparing business development materials for clients.
• Contact prospective candidates, conduct in-depth interviews, and write assessments for clients.
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the search lifecycle and update the Consultant.
