Qualifications

• 4-6 years professional recruiting experience or a minimum of 3+ years of transferable recruiting experience.
• An undergraduate BA/BS degree is required.
• Exhibits strong written and verbal communications, with clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Execute all facets of the executive recruiting lifecycle from candidate identification to placement.
• Develop search strategy with the Consultant and manage its execution.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for active searches.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess qualifications and fit to position specifications.
• Write candidate assessments and present candidates to clients.
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the search lifecycle and keep Consultant updated.
