Qualifications

• 4-6 years professional experience or a minimum of 3+ years of transferable recruiting experience.
• Undergraduate BA/BS degree is required.

• Proven ability to collaborate with external clients and candidates across engagements.

Responsibilities

• Develop position specifications and create an effective search strategy with the Consultant.
• Conduct industry research and map the executive talent landscape to provide market insights.
• Assist Consultants in preparing business development materials for clients.
