You will drive key elements of the recruitment lifecycle, from strategy development to candidate placement, while collaborating with consultants and expanding client relationships.

You will research industries, interview candidates, write assessments, and support business development. A BA/BS and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years professional experience or 3+ years of transferable recruiting experience.
• Undergraduate BA/BS degree is required.
• Excellent professional communications with confidence and impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop position specifications and search strategy with the Consultant.
• Conduct industry and client research to map executive talent landscape.
• Assist Consultants with business development materials for clients.
• Contact prospective candidates, conduct in-depth interviews, assess qualifications.
• Write candidate assessments and present to clients.
• Manage candidate relationships through the full search lifecycle.
• Contribute to client relationship management with the Consultant.
