Qualifications

• 4–6 years of professional recruiting experience or 3+ years in transferable recruiting roles.
• Undergraduate BA/BS degree required.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and candidates.
• Ability to build and sustain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop search strategies and position specifications with the Consultant.
• Conduct industry and client research to map executive talent.
• Prepare business development materials for clients.
• Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and present assessments to clients.
• Manage candidate relationships through the search lifecycle and coordinate with Consultants.
