Qualifications

• 4–6 years professional recruiting experience or 3+ years transferable recruiting experience.
• Undergraduate BA/BS degree required.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Developing position specifications and search strategies with the Consultant.
• Research industry and client companies to map executive talent and provide market insights.
• Prepare business development materials and present candidates to clients.
• Manage candidate relationships through the full lifecycle of the search.
