Qualifications

• 4-6 years professional recruiting experience or 3+ years in transferable recruiting roles.
• Undergraduate BA/BS degree required.
• Demonstrates professional written and verbal communications with impact and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Research & writing: develop position specifications and search strategy with the Consultant.
• Internal and external communication: contact candidates, conduct interviews, present assessments, manage relationships.
• Living our values: collaborate across the firm and act as a culture carrier.
• Ethics & quality: maintain accuracy of search information and deliver high-quality results on time.
