Job summary

Heidrick & Struggles is seeking a Senior Associate to drive the execution of the executive recruiting lifecycle, from candidate identification to placement. You will work closely with Search Partners & Principals, developing search strategies, interviewing candidates, and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates.

You will learn in a mentorship-driven environment, gaining exposure to business development activities and a clear path for career progression within a global leadership

Qualifications

• 4–6 years professional recruiting experience or 3+ years transferable recruiting experience.
• Undergraduate BA/BS degree required.
• Strong writing, articulation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop position specifications and search strategies with the Consultant.
• Conduct industry and client research to map the executive talent landscape.
• Contact candidates to elicit interest and gather market intelligence.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and write candidate assessments.
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the search lifecycle.
• Support client relationship management with the Consultant.
