Stand Together in Arlington, VA is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead executive and strategic recruiting for priority roles. The role blends split-desk and full-desk models, sourcing top talent, screening candidates, and guiding them through the interview process in a fast-paced environment.

You will apprentice with recruitment leaders, build pipelines, maintain candidate records in Lever, and align with leadership on role requirements and market insights to drive transformational impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of candidate-centric recruiting experience in executive search and C-suite talent.
• Proficiency with ATS, CRM tools, and sourcing platforms.
• Discretion and confidentiality in stakeholder collaboration.
• High integrity and a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Manage multiple searches with priority based on impact.
• Conduct initial phone screens for behavioral and skill-fit.
• Guide candidates through interviews and manage expectations.
• Document candidate activity in Lever (ATS).
• Align with leadership on role requirements and market insights.
• Understand Stand Together strategies to match talent to opportunities.
