Job summary

Stand Together is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead executive recruitment across a portfolio of roles within our Strategic Recruitment capability. The role operates in split-desk and full-desk models, sourcing and screening top talent with a white-glove candidate experience.

You will apprentice with recruitment leaders, building knowledge of Stand Together’s priorities and talent strategies to drive long-term transformational change.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of executive search and C-suite recruiting experience.
• Proficiency with ATS, CRM, and sourcing platforms.
• Ability to build pipelines and manage multiple concurrent searches.
• High discretion and confidentiality in candidate handling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and internal databases.
• Manage multiple concurrent searches and prioritize roles and candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens with behavioral and skill-based questions.
• Guide candidates through the interview process and set expectations.
• Maintain accurate candidate notes and activity in Lever (ATS).
• Share market insights and align on role requirements with leadership.
• Match talent to Stand Together's strategies and goals.
