Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end executive and senior leadership searches.
• Partner with hiring leaders to define business context, success profiles, and interview plans.
• Build discreet, targeted, and research-led search strategies engaging passive talent.
• Lead assessment, debriefs, reference strategy, and offer negotiations.
