Job summary

Stand Together is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter in the US to lead executive and strategic hiring across a portfolio of roles. You will source, screen, and pipeline top-tier talent with a focus on quality of hire, speed, and a high-touch candidate experience.

You will apprentice with talent acquisition leaders, deepening knowledge ofStand Together’s priorities and recruitment strategies to support long-term, transformational change.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of candidate-centric recruiting experience in executive search and C-suite roles.
• Proficiency with ATS, CRM tools, and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Talent Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and internal databases for nuanced, hard-to-fill roles.
• Manage multiple concurrent searches and prioritize roles based on impact.
• Conduct initial phone screens with behavioral and skill-based questions to assess alignment.
• Lead with high-touch communication to guide candidates through interviews and set expectations.
• Maintain accurate candidate documentation in Lever (ATS).
• Partner with leadership to align on feedback, requirements, and market insights.
• Build understanding of Stand Together’s strategies to match talent to opportunities.
