You will shape search strategy, engage senior stakeholders, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences. You’ll partner with HR and business leaders to align talent needs with business goals, employ AI-enabled sourcing and analytics, and build scalable TA practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Experience leading executive and senior-level searches.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS, technology, or fast-growth environments.
• Proven ability to influence executives and stakeholders.
• Experience with AI-enabled sourcing and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive and strategic searches across multiple functions (PMO, Legal, HR, Corporate Shared Services, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Client Success).
• Serve as a strategic talent advisor to senior leaders, influencing decisions with market data.
• Flex across corporate and shared services hiring to cover critical roles.
• Advance TA capability, innovation, and operational excellence through AI and analytics.
• Deliver an exceptional, inclusive candidate experience and maintain data integrity.
