Job summary

Amazon in Arlington, VA is seeking a recruiting professional to partner with full lifecycle recruiters and business leaders to attract top talent for a fast-growing, customer-centric organization. This on-site role requires travel and a proven track record in high-volume recruiting.

You will drive talent strategy, manage pipelines, and optimize interview processes while upholding Amazon's service standards and culture throughout candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of corporate or search firm recruiting or research experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience.
• Experience implementing end-to-end recruiting strategies including employer branding and interview process optimization.
• Experience with CTS/ATS with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.

Responsibilities

• Partner with full lifecycle recruiters, Industry hiring teams, and other stakeholders to build an on early career talent strategy.
• Ability to develop a recruiting plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process that scales.
• Build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.
• Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management.
• Develop strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the Amazon, implement new processes and develop standard operating procedures that fits within Amazon’s mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
• Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.
• Facilitate candidate interview events. Travel is required.
• Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques.
