Job summary

You will run end-to-end executive searches, build credibility with senior stakeholders, and design interview processes. You will manage offers, including equity, with Compensation and People partners in a hybrid US environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including executive placements.
• Experience partnering with C-suite and senior leaders as trusted advisor.
• Strong sourcing and market-mapping capabilities for passive talent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to define role profiles and hiring strategy.
• Lead executive interview processes with structured evaluation and closes.
• Manage offers and negotiations, including equity, with HR partners.
• Maintain candidate data and search status in Workday.
