You will contribute to mapping senior talent, shortlist development, and client conversations, helping to identify opportunities and grow the US search practice.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years’ experience delivering retained executive searches.
• Strong instinct for where senior talent sits and how to engage it.
• Ability to turn complex briefs into focused, credible search strategies.
• Confidence assessing senior candidates and contributing in client settings.
• Commercial curiosity and eye for market signals that create opportunity.
• Judgement, pace, and follow-through to keep searches moving.
• Ambition to take increasing ownership across delivery and client work.

Responsibilities

• Building market intelligence behind senior Financial Services searches across the US.
• Identifying, engaging, and assessing the c-suite executives.
• Supporting and contributing live searches from initial mapping through to shortlist.
• Turning research into clear insights that add value to candidates and clients.
• Preparing targeted research and materials for high-value client and prospect meetings.
• Spotting leadership moves, market shifts, and hiring signals that create new client conversations.
• Keeping multiple searches moving with pace, precision, and strong follow-through.
