Job summary

Wonder is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter for a 3-month contract to lead high-priority executive searches across business and business-technology functions. You will partner with senior leaders and deliver a white-glove experience to executive candidates, embedded within our Talent Acquisition team.

Responsibilities include end-to-end searches, active sourcing of passive candidates, and managing complex candidate journeys with discretion.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including senior/executive searches.
• Experience partnering with senior executive leaders as trusted advisor across multiple business-technology domains.
• Experience staffing Director–VP or C-suite roles in finance, accounting, legal, product, design, or data.

Responsibilities

• Run assigned senior and executive searches end to end, from intake to signed offer.
• Source and engage passive candidates through targeted research and outreach.
• Manage executive candidates with discretion, responsiveness, and care.
• Prepare interview panels, run debriefs, and keep decisions moving.
• Share clear weekly updates with leaders and Talent Acquisition on pipeline, risks, and next steps.
