Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Senior Recruiter for a 3-month contract to lead high-priority executive searches across business and technology teams, spanning legal, finance, product, design, and data. You’ll be embedded within the Talent Acquisition team, partnering with senior leaders to deliver a white-glove candidate experience.

In this role, you’ll take over in-flight searches in week one, re-engage top candidates, and align with hiring leaders on priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; not required.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, incl. director through VP/C-suite.
• Experience partnering with senior executive leaders.
• Track record across business and business-technology roles.
• Polished executive presence and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Run senior and executive searches end to end from intake to offer.
• Source and engage passive candidates through research and outreach.
• Manage executive candidates with discretion, responsiveness, and care.
• Prepare interview panels, run debriefs, and move decisions.
• Provide weekly updates on pipeline, risks, and next steps.
