Wonder Group, INC is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter for a 3-month contract to lead senior and executive searches across business and technology functions in New York, NY. You’ll own end-to-end processes from intake to signed offers and partner directly with senior leaders.

This embedded Talent Acquisition role requires 5–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting, strong executive presence, and proven success hiring Directors to C-suite.

• 5–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders as a trusted advisor.
• Track record filling Director–VP/C-suite roles.
• Experience hiring across business and technology functions.

Mansioni

• Run senior and executive searches end to end from intake to offer.
• Source and engage passive candidates through research and outreach.
• Manage executive candidates with discretion and care.
• Prepare interview panels and run debriefs.
• Provide weekly pipeline updates to leadership and TA.
• Partner with hiring leaders to calibrate role profiles.
• Move hard-to-fill searches forward with minimal oversight.
