Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive executive search assignments, identifying and engaging top-tier leadership candidates globally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
• Develop and execute highly targeted search strategies for niche and senior-level positions.
• Perform rigorous assessments, including in-depth interviews and reference checks, to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Manage the entire executive search process, ensuring confidentiality, discretion, and timely delivery.
