OpenLoop is a remote-friendly company seeking an Executive Recruiter to drive senior and executive searches. You will lead research, engage top talent, and partner with our recruiting team from intake to close.

The role starts as sourcing-focused with growth into full executive recruiting as you build credibility with the team. You will leverage creative channels beyond traditional networks to identify candidates, manage confidential searches, and contribute to evolving our recruiting playbook

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience.
• Experience engaging senior and C-level candidates.
• Ability to assess fit with strategic questions.
• Resourceful hunter who finds candidates beyond LinkedIn.
• Discreet handling of confidential searches.
• Self-motivated and organized with growth mindset.
• Proficient with an ATS (Ashby) and data-driven processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead research and early outreach on senior and executive-level searches.
• Map talent across industries and overlooked sources.
• Use creative channels beyond conventional networks to find candidates.
• Make first contact with credibility and conduct initial screens.
• Maintain clean pipelines in Ashby and keep the team informed.
• Help shape job specs, scorecards, and search materials.
• Share market insights to sharpen sourcing strategy and expand the playbook.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers on search strategy.
