The Executive Recruiter will execute full life-cycle recruiting, interview candidates, and align them with ideal opportunities, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or five years professional work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• High level of adaptability to pivot and meet changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full life-cycle of direct hire recruiting for top tier, mid- to senior-level professional direct hire job orders for a variety of clients.
• Interview candidates and match them with their dream organizations and careers.
• Focus on both Client and Candidate needs and identify new clients.
