Job summary

OpenLoop, a telehealth care platform delivering services across the United States, is seeking a Senior Executive Recruiter to join our team remotely. You’ll drive research, candidate identification, and early engagement for senior and executive searches, partnering closely with our recruiting team from intake through close.

You’ll map talent across spaces and leverage creative channels beyond LinkedIn to find exceptional leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience (senior/executive focus).
• Proven ability to engage and persuade senior and C-level candidates.
• Strong judgment and probing questions to assess fit and capabilities.
• Curious, resourceful, and self-motivated with a growth mindset for full-cycle recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Lead research and early outreach on senior and executive searches.
• Map talent across spaces using creative channels beyond LinkedIn.
• Maintain clean pipelines in Ashby and collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Assist in shaping job specs, scorecards, and search materials.
• Grow into full-cycle executive recruiting responsibilities over time.
