You will partner with clients, grow your candidate network, and implement rigorous screening to ensure candidates fit both role and culture. Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience preferred.
• Construction industry knowledge or recruiting experience is a strong plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but results matter more.

• Develop a deep candidate network and reputation as the go-to talent expert.
• Implement search strategies to uncover candidates others can't find.
• Screen, assess, verify references, and deliver candidates who fit both the role and culture.
