Qualifications

• 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships at all organizational levels
• Ability to conduct behavioral competency assessments
• Proven to develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies and diverse pipelines
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into action
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, creativity, flexibility, maturity, and sound judgment
• Team player with initiative, self-direction and motivation
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, marketing, or communications

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting and employee selection for the Professional Services Division
• Partner with senior leadership to understand hiring objectives and hit goals
• Create and execute sourcing strategies to build pipelines and high-quality candidates
• Build relationships with leadership teams and provide a positive candidate experience
• Use data and analytics to forecast hiring needs and inform decisions
• Stay informed on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and employer branding
