Job summary

Esri is seeking a Senior Recruiter to drive full-cycle executive recruitment across our Professional Services Division in the Denver area. You will partner with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives and develop plans to hit goals, while building a strong pipeline through branding, sourcing, and referrals.

You will leverage data analytics to forecast hiring needs, stay informed on compensation benchmarks, and adapt strategies to evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical positions at all levels.
• Proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to use behavioral competency assessments to place talent effectively.
• Proven ability to develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies and build diverse pipelines.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret recruiting data and drive action.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, creativity, flexibility, and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by owning full-cycle recruiting and building a healthy pipeline of candidates across multiple teams.
• Foster relationships with leadership, HR partners, and candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• Be an expert on Esri’s Professional Services market, leveraging data and market insights to forecast needs and inform decisions.
