Job summary

Esri is seeking a Senior Recruiter with a proven track record of identifying, engaging, and closing executive-level candidates to support multiple teams. You will influence hiring leaders through data-driven insights and build diverse talent pipelines across geographic markets.

Relocation assistance is available to relocate to the Redlands, CA area for this role; you will partner with senior leadership and HR to forecast needs, improve recruiting performance, and ensure a superior candidate

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and closing for technical positions at all levels.
• Demonstrated track record of building successful relationships and partnerships at all organizational levels.
• Solid capacity to use behavioral assessments to determine best placements.
• Proven ability to develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies and build diverse talent pipelines.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret recruiting data and translate insights into action.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, creativity, flexibility, and sound judgment.
• Team player who takes initiative and is highly motivated with a results focus.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting and employee selection for the Professional Services Division; partner with senior leadership to hit goals.
• Create and execute sourcing strategies to find professionals across varied roles; maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Build relationships with leadership and HR partners; ensure a positive candidate experience throughout.
