Job summary

Esri is seeking a Senior Recruiter to drive executive-level hiring across multiple teams, with relocation assistance to Vienna, VA. You will influence hiring leaders through data-driven insights and build pipelines across markets while adapting to evolving teams.

You will partner with leadership to forecast needs, assess candidates, and deliver high-quality hires, leveraging branding, sourcing, and referrals to maintain a robust talent pool.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing and closing for technical positions at all levels.
• Demonstrated track record of building successful relationships and partnerships at all organizational levels.
• Solid capacity to practice behavioral competency assessments to determine best placement of talent within the organization.
• Proven ability to develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies and build diverse talent pipelines.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruiting data and translate insights into action.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Drive results. Own full-cycle recruiting and employee selection for the Professional Services Division, partnering with senior leadership to hit goals.
• Foster relationships. Build strong relationships with leadership, guide candidates, and collaborate with HR on mobility, training, and compensation.
• Be an expert. Develop deep business knowledge, use data to forecast hiring needs, and stay informed on market trends and branding.
