Job summary

Esri is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for our Professional Services Division, partnering with senior leaders to hit hiring objectives. You will drive sourcing strategies across multiple markets, leverage data to forecast needs, and build strong relationships throughout the organization.

You will collaborate with global mobility, training, HRIS, compensation, and compliance teams to ensure a smooth candidate experience and successfulPlacements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing and closing for technical roles.
• Proven ability to build relationships with leadership at all levels.
• Experience applying behavioral assessments to place talent.
• Skilled in developing advanced sourcing strategies and diverse pipelines.
• Strong data analysis to drive recruiting decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for the Professional Services Division and hit hiring goals.
• Build relationships with leadership, partner with HR on mobility, training, and compliance.
• Use data and analytics to forecast hiring needs and inform decisions.
