Job summary

Esri in Denver, CO is seeking a Senior Recruiter with a proven track record of identifying, engaging, and closing executive level candidates. You will own full-cycle recruiting across multiple teams, partnering with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives and build proactive sourcing strategies that deliver quality, timely results.

You will apply data-driven insights to forecast needs, develop market knowledge, and collaborate with mobility, training, compensation, HRIS, and legal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing and closing for technical positions at all levels.
• Demonstrated track record of building successful relationships and partnerships at all organizational levels
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruiting data and translate insights into action
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, marketing, or communications
• Experience with behavioral competency assessments and closing candidates

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruiting for the Professional Services Division across multiple teams.
• Foster relationships with leadership teams and act as a talent partner throughout the process.
• Use data, market knowledge and branding to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
