Job summary

ERM is seeking a Senior Corporate Executive Recruiter to join the North America Talent Acquisition team. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for Partner and senior-level roles, partnering with business leaders to align growth plans with strategic talent pipelines.

You will develop targeted search strategies, conduct market intelligence, and build relationships with top external talent while applying AI-enabled tools with human oversight to drive efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of recruitment experience, including senior or Partner-level hiring.
• Proven track record in executive search and talent mapping.
• Ability to engage senior leaders and build trusted advisory relationships.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting technology; Workday preferred.
• Strong business acumen to translate growth plans into talent strategies.
• Commitment to data privacy and responsible use of AI in recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Partner and senior-level roles across North America.
• Partner with senior leaders to understand growth plans, capability gaps and succession needs.
• Develop targeted executive search and sourcing strategies for hard-to-find talent.
• Conduct talent mapping and market intelligence to identify competitor talent and trends.
• Build and maintain proactive pipelines of senior external talent.
• Engage passive candidates and cultivate long-term relationships with prospective ERM Partners.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other networks for sourcing; apply AI tools with oversight.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring leader experience throughout the process.
• Advise senior leaders on talent availability, market conditions and risks.
• Collaborate with external executive search firms when needed; track activity and outcomes.
