ERM, the global sustainability consultancy, is seeking a Senior Corporate Executive Recruiter to join its North America Talent Acquisition team in Houston. You will lead executive search for Partner and senior-level roles across ERM’s businesses, collaborating with senior leaders to shape critical hires.
You will build external pipelines, conduct market intelligence, and apply AI-enabled recruiting tools with human oversight to deliver outstanding candidate experiences and governance across
Formación
- 4–5+ years of senior or partner-level recruitment experience.
- Experience in executive search for professional services or technical sectors.
- Ability to partner with senior leaders and forecast talent needs.
- Knowledge of talent market mapping and market trends.
Responsabilidades
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Partner and senior-level roles in North America.
- Develop targeted executive search and sourcing strategies.
- Conduct talent mapping and market intelligence.
- Build proactive pipelines of external senior talent.
- Collaborate with external executive search firms when needed.
- Deliver an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.
