You will leverage AI-powered tools and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify top talent, engage passive candidates, and drive hiring strategies that align with PROG Holdings’ vision.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.
• Proven success identifying, engaging, and hiring passive talent across professional and leadership roles.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Purchasing Power leaders to understand business objectives and hiring plans.
• Create and execute proactive sourcing strategies focused on passive talent across corporate functions.
• Build and maintain talent communities for recurring hiring needs and pipelines.
• Represent Purchasing Power at industry events, networking groups, and local talent forums in Atlanta.
